What You'll Do As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be the first and last impression for our guests.

Responsibilities include:

Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude Check guests in and out efficiently using Marriott systems Answer phones and assist with reservations Handle guest requests, questions, and concerns promptly Process payments and maintain accurate records Promote Marriott Bonvoy membership and hotel amenities Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area Follow Marriott brand standards and hotel policies Assist with other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Excellent customer service and communication skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Comfortable using computers and learning hotel software Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person! Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally Reliable transportation Why Join Our Team?
