Full Job Description Description:

FIKA Infusion + Wellness is growing fast, and we need help to continue to provide excellent service to our guests at our Woods Cross location! The Guest Experience Specialist position is extremely valuable to our team at FIKA; you will play a major role in our guest's overall experience. We are looking for someone to help fill a part-time position (weekends required). Quality and exceptional service are what set us apart at FIKA. Our goal is to exceed our guest's expectations every time they visit. We're looking for a personable, professional individual who can multitask, educate customers, and help with the sales process.

Preferred skills include:

Customer service, selling/educating customers, scheduling, making phone calls, tracking inventory, customer interaction, Point of Sale (POS) experience and general office tasks. Interest in wellness and customer experience is preferred.

Job Requirements:

Screen guests, answer phone calls, help check-in and book appointments Offer guests a tour of the space Help educate guests on treatment options and memberships Make recommendations to help guest have the best experience and results Answer questions about products and services Build guest profiles, send texts, track guests and check-out Open and close the wellness space Help resolve customer service issues in a kind, professional manner Other duties as assigned by management
