Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests from the moment they arrive. In this vital role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes while providing exceptional guest services. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help foster a warm, inviting environment that encourages guest loyalty and satisfaction. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and professionalism, providing timely solutions Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest information in accordance with hotel policies Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly Conduct night audits when required, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy Promote hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experience and encourage repeat visits Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is preferred Bilingual or multilingual skills to serve diverse guest populations effectively Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Strong phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems is highly desirable Ability to handle night audit procedures confidently when scheduled for overnight shifts Excellent communication skills to foster positive guest relations and teamwork Previous hotel experience or resort background is a plus but not mandatory Embark on a rewarding career where your hospitality expertise makes a difference!
