In this energetic role, you'll handle guest inquiries, manage reservations, and coordinate with various departments to create a seamless and memorable stay. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will set the tone for our guests' entire experience, making you an essential part of our hospitality family. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in hotel management and guest relations while working in a vibrant environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience. Manage reservations efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software. Address guest inquiries promptly, offering solutions and information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Handle guest requests and complaints with patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude to ensure satisfaction. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met swiftly. Maintain excellent phone etiquette while managing multiple lines to assist guests and visitors effectively. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally. Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred. Knowledge of guest relations, hospitality standards, and night audit procedures is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and guest interaction.
