Front Desk Associate Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available Join Our Hospitality Team We are seeking dependable, professional, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Guest Services Agents. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience from arrival through departure. We are looking for team members who enjoy working with people, communicate effectively, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service. Current openings may include overnight, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. Applicants should indicate their availability when applying. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner. Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately. Answer incoming phone calls and assist guests with reservations, inquiries, and requests. Process guest payments and maintain accurate records. Handle guest concerns and complaints with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset. Perform Night Audit procedures and complete required reports when scheduled. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, policies, and local attractions. Coordinate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment. Uphold company standards for guest service, professionalism, confidentiality, and appearance. Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills. Professional demeanor and positive attitude. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer proficiency, including internet navigation, email, and data entry. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential. Preferred Qualifications Previous hotel, hospitality, customer service, or front desk experience is preferred but not required. Experience with hotel property management systems is a plus. Night Audit experience is a plus; training is available for qualified candidates.
