Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional guest services at our hotel. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth check-in and check-out processes. This role requires excellent communication skills, an understanding of hospitality management, and the ability to handle guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Bilingual abilities and hotel management experience are highly valued to enhance guest relations and overall guest experience. Duties Greet guests upon arrival with warm hospitality and assist with check-in/check-out procedures Manage multi-line phone systems, respond to guest inquiries, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using hotel management software Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction Maintain accurate records of guest information, billing, and payments Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met efficiently Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure excellent customer service at all times Assist in managing guest relations to foster positive experiences during their stay Skills Strong background in hospitality management and customer service excellence Multilingual or bilingual skills to serve diverse guest populations effectively Experience in hotel management or front desk operations preferred Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to handle night audit procedures and manage guest relations diplomatically Demonstrated professionalism in phone etiquette and guest interactions Prior hotel or resort experience is advantageous for success in this role
