Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Duties Greet and check-in guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities. Manage reservations through phone systems, ensuring accuracy in bookings and modifications. Assist with night audit procedures as required, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately. Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns or complaints promptly and professionally. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay. Process check-outs efficiently while handling payment transactions and issuing receipts. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of confidentiality regarding guest information. Requirements Previous experience in hotel or resort settings is preferred, with a strong understanding of hospitality management principles. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing our ability to serve diverse clientele. Familiarity with night audit processes is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations to ensure memorable experiences for all visitors. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed in the hospitality industry.
