Front Office Coordinator

We sell Puppies of all breads We are seeking a Part-Time Front Office Associate to support daily operations at our busy shop The Puppy Shop . This role is ideal for someone with customer service or front desk experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, pet-friendly environment.

Schedule:

Saturday:

11:00 AM•7:00

PM Sunday:

11:00 AM•6:00

PM Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide excellent customer service Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and assist walk-in visitors Schedule appointments and manage front desk activities Maintain a clean and organized reception area Operate computer

Qualifications:

Prior experience in customer service, retail, or front desk preferred not mandetory Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, professional, and dependable Comfortable working in a pet/animal environment Must be available weekends (required schedule)
