In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your enthusiasm and hospitality expertise will help create memorable experiences for our guests while maintaining efficient front desk operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality management skills, multilingual abilities, and guest relations expertise in a vibrant resort environment. Duties Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and friendly experience. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and courteous assistance to callers. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly, demonstrating excellent customer service and guest relations skills. Maintain accurate records of guest reservations, billing, and payments using hotel management software. Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure operational accuracy. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs efficiently while upholding high standards of hospitality management. Experience Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality setting is highly preferred. Strong background in customer service with excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a significant advantage for engaging with diverse guests. Familiarity with night audit procedures, multi-line phone systems, and guest services software is desirable. Knowledge of hospitality management principles, hotel operations, and guest relations best practices will contribute to success in this role. Prior experience working during evening shifts or overnight hours is beneficial but not mandatory.
