Tennis Facility Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and service-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team at a private tennis club. This role is key to ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for members while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist members and guests in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all common areas, with a heavy focus on towel service and water stations. Ensure towels are consistently stocked, clean, and readily available to members. Monitor and maintain water stations throughout the facility, refilling and cleaning as needed. Assist with member billing, payments, and account inquiries accurately and efficiently. Support daily operations to ensure a smooth experience for members and guests. Communicate effectively with other staff to uphold facility standards and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience, ideally in hospitality, fitness, or private club settings. Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer and billing system proficiency preferred.
