Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Clerk, where you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and proactive solutions to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain accurate reservation records, cancellations, and modifications while coordinating with housekeeping and other departments Answer incoming calls promptly using proper phone etiquette and direct calls to appropriate staff or departments Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and financial records Assist with guest relations by providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance their stay Skills Strong background in hospitality management and hotel operations Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Experience in front desk operations within a resort or hotel environment Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems Ability to handle night audit procedures accurately while maintaining attention to detail Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction expertise Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests through energetic service and dedicated hospitality!
Pay:
$12.80 - $13.00 per hour
