Looking for Early Mornings, Afternoon (12:00pm-4:00pm), and Weekend help.
Purpose :
To make our member's first and last impression a positive, welcoming, and engaging experience. Front Desk staff are expected to meet and greet each member with a warm and friendly attitude every day.Key Responsibilities :
Responsibility is to our members first and foremost. Answering phone calls and directing them as needed. Awareness of all club activities in all departments and provide information to members in a thorough manner. Opening, closing and cash out procedures if your shift requires. Opening and closing procedures if your shift requires Collect fees and payments. Sign members up for classes, reserve courts, etc. as needed. Attend scheduled staff meetings. Maintain and clean and orderly workspace. Cleaning, disinfecting, and following all EDGE Health and Safety protocols.Hours:
