About us Middlebury Inn Walk through the doors of the Middlebury Inn and feel the warmth of New England hospitality that has been our tradition for generations. Look out over the beautiful Middlebury town green from our front porch and experience a place that's been a part of Vermont's history since 1827. As a full service hotel with 71 guestrooms, the Inn offers unparalleled food, drink and lodging with all of the comforts and modern conveniences travelers have come to expect from a historic Inn. The position will be responsible for customer service, checking in/out guests, and responding to guests' requests. The position provides that critical first impression to our guests. The candidate must have a natural passion for delivering exceptional service. Welcoming and serving guests in person and over the phone daily is essential in this position. You must be comfortable using a computer to check guests in and out. Must also be able to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and confidently. Resolving guests issues and be able to have fun is a must. Flexible schedule is a plus. Part- Time day shift. '
