Company parties Employee discounts Free food & snacks Free uniforms Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Training & development Edmonds Wellness Clinic is seeking a dependable, organized, and friendly Front Desk Representative to support our patients and clinical team. This is a full-time, in-person position for someone who can stay calm, accurate, and professional while handling multiple priorities in a busy clinic environment. Schedule Monday through Friday 8-hour shifts Full-time, in person in Edmonds, WA Key Responsibilities Welcome patients and manage check-in and check-out Answer phones and messages promptly and professionally Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and coordinate appointments Collect and update patient information, forms, and insurance details Process patient payments and provide accurate receipts Scan, upload, and organize documents while maintaining accurate records Communicate clearly with patients, providers, and other team members Keep the reception area organized and help the clinic flow smoothly Handle interruptions and multiple time-sensitive tasks without losing accuracy or professionalism Protect patient privacy and follow clinic confidentiality procedures Qualifications 1-3 years of front desk, reception, or customer service experience Medical office or healthcare front desk experience strongly preferred Strong multitasking, organization, and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, email, and office equipment Reliable, punctual, professional, and able to learn new systems quickly Able to work independently while supporting a collaborative team Compensation $17-$19 per hour, based on relevant experience We are looking to fill this position quickly.
