This position is ideal for someone who understands that hotel operations run 24 hours a day and is omfortable working a combination of morning, evening, and overnight shifts based on business and scheduling needs . This is not a fixed-shift position . The successful candidate must be willing and able to rotate between shifts and fill in when coverage is needed. Responsibilities Provide friendly and professional guest service throughout the guest stay Check guests in and out accurately Handle reservations, room assignments, payments, deposits, and guest accounts Answer hotel phones and assist with guest questions and requests Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance regarding room status and guest concerns Handle guest complaints professionally and attempt reasonable service recovery Monitor hotel activity and maintain a safe environment during all shifts Complete shift reports, documentation, and required front desk procedures Perform Night Audit udties when scheduled, including daily system rollover, balancing, reporting, and preparation for the next business day Prepare and communicate clear shift handoffs for the next employee Follow hotel policies, brand standards, payment procedures, and security protocols Assist other departments when operationally necessary and when front desk coverage permits Research situations and gather relevant facts before escalating issues to management Perform additional duties reasonably related ot hotel operations Schedule & Availability Applicants must have flexible availability .
