Compensation:

$19 hourly

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and questions about guests' needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requests

Bookkeeping:

keep accurate records of all hotel guest account information Give every guest a warm welcome, check them in, and check them out when they leave, ensuring you provide correct keys and room numbers Communicate with housekeeping to make sure guest rooms are ready Mitigate customer complaints as needed

Qualifications:

Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service specialist preferred High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems About Company The Inn at Gig Harbor brings a cozy and relaxing ambiance and outstanding service, combined with the adventurous style of the Pacific Northwest.
