We're on the lookout for a Front Desk Agent who brings positive energy, sharp attention to detail, and top-notch communication skills to the table. If you love making guests feel welcome, solving problems with a smile, and creating unforgettable stays, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently
  • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
  • Assist guests with requests and provide information about hotel services and amenities
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and courteously
  • Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts
Requirements/Desired Qualifications:
  • Flex weekend employee
  • At least 6 months previous Choice Advantage experience
  • Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality management or customer service.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software systems
