As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in enhancing their experience at our hotel. Duties Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest accounts. Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications through phone and online systems. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, providing solutions to enhance their stay. Maintain an organized front desk area, including managing phone calls with excellent phone etiquette. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Provide information about local attractions, amenities, and hotel services to guests. Assist with guest relations to foster a welcoming environment and build rapport with visitors. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of guest information. Requirements Previous experience in front desk operations or customer service within the hospitality industry is required. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence. Knowledge of hospitality management principles is a plus. Ability to perform night audits effectively when required. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable for enhancing guest relations. Proficient in handling phone etiquette and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. A positive attitude and a willingness to assist guests from diverse backgrounds.
