Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
  • Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the hotel's amenities and services
  • Check guests in and out, ensuring accurate billing and payment processing
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Note:
Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar role is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
