Job Summary We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. A two to four weekprobationary period is likely. Responsibilities

• Greet guests and efficiently process check-in and check-out
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and activities in our area
• Manage reservations and room assignments
• Assist with guest requests and resolve any issues promptly
• Operate phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate department
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Communicate during shift change of an important guest issues or information Experience
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality management preferred
• Knowledge of hotel operations, guest services, and night audit procedures
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
• Familiarity with resort environments is advantageous
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
