Full Job Description Pay:

From $17.25 per hour Job description: We are currently hiring for a front desk agent position at the Hampton by Hilton Spokane Airport hotel.

SCHEDULE

Sunday

Duties:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
• Assist with reservations and room assignments
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in using phone systems and computer software
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
