POSITION PURPOSE
Reporting to the Director of Front Office, the Front Desk Agent is responsible for welcoming our guests, answering phone calls, guest check in or check out, assisting with reservations and assisting our guests with common requests. They maintain front desk office supplies and equipment. The Front Desk Agent works closely with other departments and others in their department on the delivery of an elevated guest experience.
IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE
EXPERIENCE:
Experience in hotels preferred, customer service required
EDUCATION
High School Diploma or its equivalent Excellent organizational skills Excellent communication skills Ability to adapt to changing business demands and guest needs Ability to work a flexible schedule: weekends, holidays, AM, PM Possess a gracious, friendly and fun demeanor
COMPENSATION
Starting wage is $19.00 per hour Wage Range is $19.00 - $20.75 per hour and is based on tenure, applicable experience and work history.
