The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless check-in and check-out experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor and assist with the check-in process. Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, using hotel management software. Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities. Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are balanced and recorded correctly. Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards. Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including answering phone calls and managing correspondence. Experience Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred. Familiarity with hotel management systems is a plus. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance guest relations. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective guest interaction. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
