Thousands of players, families, and members come through our doors, and the front desk is where their E90 experience begins. The Role The Front Desk Lead is the most important first impression of Elite 90 Soccer. This role leads all front desk operations and plays a key part in supporting and growing E90's membership base by welcoming members, engaging prospective members, clearly explaining Elite 90 Soccer memberships, and guiding families through the onboarding process. The Front Desk Lead sets the standard for professionalism, service, and communication at the front desk while supporting staff scheduling and daily operations. What You'll Do Membership Experience & Growth Serve as the primary point of contact for current members, prospective members, and guests Answer questions clearly and confidently about E90 memberships, benefits, and programs Guide prospective members through the membership process and support new member onboarding Help generate new memberships through positive engagement, follow-up, and education Support membership inquiries in person, by phone, and via email Front Desk Operations Oversee daily front desk activities to ensure consistency, accuracy, and professionalism Ensure front desk coverage and readiness during operating hours Maintain organized, clean, and professional reception areas Support opening and closing procedures for the front reception area, including securing systems, cash handling, and workspaces Staff Leadership Assist the General Manager with front desk staff scheduling and coverage planning Train, onboard, and support Front Desk Staff in membership knowledge and service standards Set and model expectations for customer service and member engagement Communication & Administration Communicate effectively with Facility Staff and Soccer Staff regarding member needs and daily operations Maintain accurate front desk and membership records Support internal systems, reporting, and administrative processes
Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or front-facing roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to confidently explain products, services, and memberships Availability to work evenings and weekends as required
Preferred:
Experience in a membership-based facility (sports, fitness, or recreation) Experience in customer onboarding or relationship-based sales Familiarity with registration, CRM, or point-of-sale systems Who You Are You bring a warm, professional, and confident communication style with strong attention to detail and organization.
