Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, check them in efficiently, and provide key information about the property and local attractions Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations with a proactive and solution-oriented approach Maintain accurate records of reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and billing details using hotel management software Assist with guest relations by providing personalized service that exceeds expectations Support hotel operations by coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments as needed Skills Proven experience in hospitality or hotel front desk operations Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems Exceptional guest relations skills to foster positive experiences and resolve issues promptly This role is ideal for motivated individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive in fast-paced environments.
