Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure the smooth operation of our hotel during overnight hours. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving late, handle financial and administrative tasks, and maintain exceptional guest relations. Your proactive attitude and hospitality expertise will contribute to a welcoming environment that leaves guests with memorable experiences, even after hours. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hotel management skills while working in a lively, fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests arriving during the night shift with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression. Check guests in and out efficiently using front desk systems, verifying reservations, and processing payments accurately. Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, addressing guest inquiries and internal communications promptly. Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts, ensuring all financial transactions are correctly recorded and balanced. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to maintain accurate records for management review. Respond swiftly to guest requests or issues, providing exceptional guest services that enhance overall satisfaction. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any room or facility concerns identified during the shift. Uphold hospitality management standards by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and professionalism at the front desk area. Skills Proven experience in hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and the ability to handle guest concerns effectively. Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued. Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems to streamline operations. Knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and safety protocols to ensure compliance and security during overnight hours. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high attention to detail. Exceptional phone etiquette skills for managing guest inquiries professionally over the phone.
