Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional front desk service Manage reservations using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette and customer service problem-solving skills Assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently while verifying guest information and payment details Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, or emergencies following hotel emergency procedures Maintain accurate records of guest stays, billing, and room assignments while managing guest relations effectively Support night audit operations by reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports for management Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred Proficiency with hotel management software such as OPERA or other property management systems (PMS) is highly desirable Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a strong plus for serving diverse guests effectively Demonstrated knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest services best practices Strong customer service skills with a focus on client communication and problem-solving in a hospitality environment Experience working with multi-line phone systems and handling phone communication professionally in a fast-paced setting Resort or hotel experience, especially in busy or luxury environments, is advantageous Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable guest experiences through exceptional service, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
