Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Front Desk Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences while overseeing front desk operations. This position requires a passion for hospitality and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Hotel front desk attendant will be responsible to take phone reservations, perform guest check-in and check-out, processing payments, answer questions about hotel amenities, and create and track keys to guest rooms . All shifts also involves general cleaning duties to keep the building and grounds presentable, hotel laundry tasks, breakfast prep for hotel breakfast and other end-of-day tasks. Qualifications Customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
