Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our hotel team. This position typically works 10:00 PM-7:00 AM and is responsible for overseeing the hotel during the overnight hours, completing the nightly audit, assisting guests, and preparing breakfast for the morning. Responsibilities Oversee hotel operations during the overnight shift and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for guests. Complete the hotel's nightly audit and all required paperwork accurately and efficiently. Assist guests with questions, requests, and needs throughout the night. Monitor the property and respond appropriately to any issues that arise. Prepare and set up the breakfast area for our morning guests. Maintain a clean and organized front desk and breakfast area. Perform light laundry and linen-folding duties as needed to support hotel operations. Follow hotel procedures and provide friendly, professional customer service. Communicate important information to the incoming morning team. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is dependable, responsible, and comfortable working independently during overnight hours. Strong customer service and communication skills are important, along with the ability to stay organized and handle guest requests professionally. Previous hotel experience is helpful but not required. We provide training and support until you are comfortable working independently.
