You'll welcome guests, manage accounts, answer inquiries, and field complaints to ensure we deliver an excellent experience to every guest. Part Time Usual Shift Hours:

7 am-3 pm; 3 pm-11 pm (Shifts Vary)

• Mid Shifts could include 5 pm
• 11 pm; 1 pm
• 9 pm; etc.

Weekend Availability (2-3 Weekends per month) Responsibilities Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls, and answer inquiries about guests' needs, including questions about available rooms, amenities, room rates, special requests, and rewards programs

Bookkeeping:

keep accurate records of all hotel guest account information Mitigate customer complaints as needed Communicate with housekeeping to make sure guest rooms are ready Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card information Qualifications Marriott experience preferred but not required 1+ year of hotel industry experience or related job preferred Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Compensation $16 hourly About SpringHill Suites Eau Claire Brand New Property located next to the Sonnentag Center!
