Job Description
Looking for a role where no two days are the same? Join our team as a Front Desk Agent and be the first impression for our guests while working in a fast paced , team oriented resort environment. This is not your typical front desk role, you'' stay busy, learn multiple aspects of the resort operations and play a key role in creating memorable guest experience. What You'll Do
- Welcome guests and provide a friendly, professional first impression
- Handle Check-ins, check-outs and reservations
- Answer guest questions about rooms, amenities and local area
- Process payments and maintain accurate reservation records
- Resolve guests concerns quickly and professionally Schedule
- 2:45PM
- 10:00PM Shift
- 2-3 nights per week
- Weekend availability required
- Opportunity for additional hours based on season/business needs What We're looking for
- Friendly, reliable and guest focused attitude
- Strong multitasking and trouble shooting skills
- Basic computer skills
- Hospitality or customer service experience preferred
