The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, answering phones, handling reservations, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately Answer phone calls and respond to guest questions Make and manage reservations Process payments and maintain accurate guest records Address guest requests, concerns, and complaints professionally Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Communicate effectively with housekeeping and other departments Follow company policies and procedures Provide exceptional customer service throughout each guest's stay Qualifications Previous customer service, hotel, or front desk experience preferred but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional and friendly attitude Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Basic computer skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Must be willing to work weekends and holidays as needed What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Flexible scheduling Employee discounts Paid training Opportunities for advancement Friendly and supportive work environment
