This position is responsible for assisting guests with check-in and check-out, answering questions, processing payments, resolving guest concerns, and supporting daily front desk operations. If you enjoy working with people, can handle multiple priorities, and take pride in providing great service, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Greet guests and provide friendly, professional customer service Check guests in and out of the hotel accurately and efficiently Verify reservations, guest information, room rates, and room assignments Prepare room keys and provide guests with hotel and room information Answer questions about hotel rooms, rates, packages, promotions, services, and the local area Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner Process cash, credit card, debit card, gift card, and other guest payments Accurately use hotel computer and point-of-sale systems Receive, enter, retrieve, and relay guest messages Promote hotel services, amenities, and available upgrades when appropriate Maintain guest confidentiality and follow hotel policies and procedures Assist with other hotel duties and cross-train in other areas as needed What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills Friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor Ability to listen to guests, understand concerns, and help resolve problems Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize responsibilities Dependable attendance and ability to work a schedule based on hotel needs Ability to take initiative and anticipate guest needs Ability to maintain confidentiality Willingness to attend required meetings and training Professional appearance and ability to follow uniform and grooming standards Physical Requirements Ability to stand for an entire shift Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 pounds occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently Ability to work flexible and sometimes extended hours Join Our Team If you have a passion for hospitality, customer service, and creating a positive guest experience , apply today to join Legacy Hotel as a Hotel Front Desk Agent .
