Full Job Description Job Summary:
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent, where you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests. This energetic role involves delivering exceptional guest services, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and ensuring a smooth and memorable stay. Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression. Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience, empathy, and prompt solutions. Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist callers effectively. Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest information, and billing details. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards. Foster positive guest relations by offering personalized service and anticipating guest needs. Handle large groups of people in a positive way that ensures all our guests are taken care of. Promote hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experience. Uphold security protocols by monitoring access points and ensuring safety procedures are followed. Other duties as assigned by management team.
Skills :
Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for guest satisfaction. Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests, is a plus. Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems. Excellent phone etiquette combined with professional communication skills. Ability to work independently and on your own in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to remain energetic, positive, and proactive in a fast-paced setting. Experience in guest relations, or hotel experience is a plus.
Pay:
$15.00•$16.00 per hour
