We are looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as our Operations & Front Desk Administrator . This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping ensure the daily operations of a busy athletic facility run smoothly. Position Overview The Operations & Front Desk Administrator is responsible for managing the front desk, supporting daily administrative operations, assisting with facility management, and helping coordinate events and programs. This individual will serve as one of the first points of contact for our members, families, coaches, and visitors while helping keep the facility organized and operating efficiently. Responsibilities Welcome athletes, families, and guests in a friendly and professional manner Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries Assist with front desk operations and customer service Complete administrative and back-office tasks Maintain accurate records and organize facility documentation Coordinate schedules and logistics for facility events and programs Assist with event preparation and execution Help oversee daily facility operations Open and close the facility as needed (not required every day) Maintain a clean, organized, and professional facility environment Communicate effectively with coaches, staff members, and customers Support management with additional operational duties as assigned Qualifications The ideal candidate should have: Strong computer skills and comfort learning new software Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to answer phones professionally Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Leadership skills and the ability to help coordinate staff and events Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated work ethic Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team Preferred Qualifications Previous front desk, administrative, or office experience Experience working in sports, recreation, fitness, or customer service Experience coordinating events or scheduling is a plus Schedule Scheduling will be discussed during the interview process. This position will include a combination of daytime, evening, and occasional weekend hours based on facility operations and events. Opening and closing responsibilities will rotate as needed and are not required every shift.
