We're seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent/ Shuttle Driver to be the welcoming face of our Hampton Inn hotel. What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities): Greet guests warmly upon arrival, provide a smooth check-in experience, and ensure they feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door Handle check-out efficiently, process payments (cash, credit cards, etc.), and balance daily transactions accurately Manage reservations, room assignments, and updates using our hotel management system Answer phones, take messages, provide wake-up calls, and respond to guest inquiries about hotel amenities, local attractions, and directions Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly and professionally, turning potential problems into positive experiences Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area Promote hotel services, loyalty programs (Hilton Honors), and upsell opportunities when appropriate Time to time drive the shuttle bus to pick up and drop of guests from and to the airport Follow all Hampton Inn and Hilton brand standards for service, safety, and security What We're Looking For (Requirements): Previous hotel front desk, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus—but we will train the right person! Strong communication skills and a genuinely friendly, positive attitude Ability to multitask in a busy environment while staying calm under pressure Basic computer skills (comfortable learning hotel software; experience with Opera or similar systems is helpful but not required) Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, overnights, and holidays as needed High school diploma or equivalent Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25-50 lbs occasionally (e.g., luggage assistance) Must be able to work on the weekends when needed Clean driving record with valid Drivers License Legal right to work in the
