Job Description

The Front Desk Attendant is the first point of contact for members and guests. This position requires a friendly, professional, and service-oriented individual who can provide exceptional customer service, manage administrative tasks, and maintain the welcoming environment of the Club. Must be available Tuesday through Friday, average shift is 10am till 4pm.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet members and guests warmly and professionally upon arrival. Provide accurate information about club amenities, events, and services. Guest Coat Check.(seasonally). Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a courteous and efficient manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. Handle member requests, concerns, and complaints with a proactive and positive approach. Perform light administrative duties including data entry, mail handling, filing, packet building, and other admin duties. Uphold the club's standards for professionalism, confidentiality, and member satisfaction.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous front desk, customer service, or hospitality experience strongly preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong multitasking and organizational abilities. Professional appearance and demeanor. Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office; experience with club management software a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
