We're currently hiring for two key roles : Front Desk Agents and Housekeeping Team Members. You may apply for one position or be considered for both, depending on your interest and experience. Front Desk Agent - Be the First Impression As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be the face of the hotel. You'll welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and handle questions or concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude. This role is all about creating a smooth, welcoming experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting guests and providing efficient check-in and check-out service Answering phones, taking reservations, and assisting with guest inquiries Resolving guest concerns quickly to ensure satisfaction Maintaining a clean, organized front desk and lobby area Communicating with housekeeping and management to support daily operations Housekeeping Team Member - Deliver Clean, Comfortable Stays As part of our housekeeping team, you'll be responsible for preparing rooms and maintaining cleanliness throughout the property. Your attention to detail helps ensure every guest walks into a space that feels fresh, comfortable, and ready.

Responsibilities include:

Cleaning and resetting guest rooms to brand standards Maintaining bathrooms, linens, and room amenities Keeping public areas clean and presentable Completing rooms in a timely and efficient manner Reporting maintenance issues or room concerns as needed
