Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in experience Manage reservations efficiently using hotel management software, accommodating special requests when possible Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a friendly, solution-oriented approach Operate multi-line phone systems with professionalism, maintaining excellent phone etiquette at all times Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs swiftly and effectively Maintain guest records securely while respecting privacy policies and confidentiality standards Support guest relations by fostering a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews Experience Previous experience in hospitality front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest interactions confidently Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems enhances efficiency in daily tasks Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel operations contributes to seamless shift transitions Demonstrated ability to manage guest relations with professionalism, patience, and enthusiasm Experience in handling guest complaints or issues with tact and resolution skills is advantageous
Additional Responsibilities Include:
Laundry duties, Bar Service, Breakfast attendance, and other cleaning.

$15.50 - $16.00 per hour
