Guest Experience & Property Associate Part-Time | Richland Center, Wisconsin Would you enjoy working in a beautiful natural setting, welcoming guests, and helping care for a truly special place? Anaway Place is a boutique cabin retreat set on 110 acres in Wisconsin's Driftless Region. We are seeking a dependable, personable, and hands-on individual to join our small team and help create an exceptional experience for our guests. What You'll Do Welcome guests and assist with check-in Manage our small onsite store during scheduled hours Answer guest questions and respond to occasional needs Complete light household and property maintenance Assist with laundry, garbage collection, and general upkeep Notice and address the small details that keep the property looking and operating at its best Respond calmly and resourcefully when unexpected situations arise Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you are: Warm, welcoming, and comfortable interacting with guests Dependable, responsible, and self-motivated Attentive to detail and proud of doing things well Able to prioritize tasks and think on your feet Comfortable working independently as well as part of a small team Familiar with basic household, yard, or property care At least 21 years old Able to lift and carry at least 30 pounds Able to work indoors and outdoors in changing weather In possession of reliable transportation Schedule The position requires availability every other week from 1:00-6:00 p.m. Friday-Thursday, and 10-2 on Saturday , plus on-call availability for guest or property emergencies during those assigned weeks.
