Part-time, Full-time Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Team Member to join our team. Your role will be crucial in ensuring smooth and efficient operations while providing exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

Conduct the nightly audit to reconcile accounts and prepare reports. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally. Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues or complaints promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Assist with security by monitoring surveillance cameras and ensuring the safety of guests and property. Ability to perform cleaning tasks and maintain high cleanliness standards.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Proficiency in using front desk software and phone systems. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Knowledge of hospitality management practices. Bilingual proficiency in languages such as Spanish, French, or others. Experience in guest services within a hotel setting. Familiarity with front desk operations in the hospitality industry.
