Job Description
Position Title Front desk MOD (Manager on Duty)
Start Date :
December 2026 Must be 18 to apply- Shift Requirement - Regular working hours Monday-Friday 4PM - 9PM, weekend hours as needed.
- When no membership reps are present be able to tour and complete the membership process.
- Answers and directs all incoming phone calls.
- Fields all member complaints and concerns.
- Perform closing procedures for the club and responsible for keeping member services desk clean, neat, and orderly.
- Attends scheduled departmental meetings and bi-monthly managers' meetings.
- Be willing to help as needed in housekeeping to ensure the club is kept up to our cleaning standards.
- Maintains professionalism when not assisting members. Qualities and Expectations
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and listening skills
- Extremely organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and due dates
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with multiple priorities and multiple personality types
- Taking critical feedback effectively, always looking for ways to improve 212 Fitness
- Self-motivated
- Passion for the fitness and health industry
