Hotel Attendant - Open Availability Comfort Suites at Par 4 Resort is looking for a friendly, dependable, and flexible Hotel Attendant to join our team. We are seeking someone with open availability for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, including weekends. This is a versatile position perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and likes variety in their workday. The role focuses on providing excellent guest service while also lending a hand in other areas of the hotel and resort when additional support is needed.

Responsibilities:

Assist guests and provide friendly customer service Process reservations, check-ins, and check-outs Answer phones and assist with guest requests Cover breakfast attendant shifts when scheduled Assist with laundry and light housekeeping Help with resort and public-area cleaning when extra coverage is required Restock the Marketplace and hotel supplies Provide support in other areas based on daily hotel needs

Qualifications:

Open and flexible availability Dependable and team-oriented Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable working independently Willingness to assist in different areas of the property Hotel or customer service experience is a plus, but not required We provide training, tools, and team support to help you succeed.
