Manage hotel reservations using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar hospitality reservation software, including modifications and cancellations. Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently while providing detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services. Handle multi-line phone systems to respond promptly to inquiries, reservations, or guest requests, demonstrating excellent phone communication skills. Resolve guest issues or complaints with customer service problem-solving techniques, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty. Maintain accurate records of guest stays, billing, and payments during night audit shifts or daily operations. Follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety during incidents or emergencies while maintaining calm and clear communication. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms used in hotel management. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem resolution. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest well-being at all times. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette and client interaction.
