Job Description
Hotel Manager Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maximizing revenue, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.Duties:
- Oversee Guest services to ensure guest satisfaction and retention
- Manage all aspects of Hotel management including staff supervision and facility maintenance
- Manage labor by controlling hours, aligning staffing with occupancy, and ensure payroll remains within budget
- Coordinate Front desk operations to streamline check-in/check-out processes
- Develop and monitor Budgeting plans to control expenses and maximize revenue
- Maintain high standards of Hospitality management to uphold the hotel's reputation
- Provide excellent Customer service to address guest needs and concerns promptly
- Utilize phone systems effectively for communication within the hotel and with guests
- Handle Human resources tasks such as hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages is a plus
- Support the team as needed in every department
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial analysis
