This pivotal role requires a passionate leader who thrives in managing teams, elevating guest experiences, and driving business success. As the face of the hotel, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional service standards, and foster a welcoming environment that encourages guest loyalty and staff engagement. Your expertise in hospitality management and financial oversight will be instrumental in delivering outstanding results and maintaining our reputation for excellence. Duties Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services to ensure smooth daily functioning. Supervise and manage hospitality teams, providing leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to foster a motivated and high-performing workforce. Implement and uphold hotel guest service standards to deliver memorable experiences that exceed expectations. Manage hospitality operations budgets, monitor financial performance, and develop strategies to optimize revenue management and profitability. Utilize property management systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation systems to streamline bookings, check-ins, check-outs, and guest data management. Oversee human resources functions such as staffing, training, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws. Maintain excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally while ensuring adherence to hotel policies and standards. Coordinate with night audit teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and reconciliation at the end of each day. Foster strong guest relations through personalized service initiatives and effective communication across multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette. Lead safety protocols, emergency responses, and CCTV surveillance to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff alike. Skills Multilingual or bilingual abilities to effectively communicate with diverse guests and team members worldwide. Proven experience supervising hospitality teams within hotel or resort environments. Strong knowledge of hotel management principles including revenue management, budgeting, financial operations, and human resources. Proficiency with property management systems (PMS), hospitality reservation systems, and other property management software tools. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, manage conflicts, and drive operational excellence. Excellent managerial communication skills for clear delegation, reporting, and staff development. Deep understanding of hotel guest service standards coupled with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service experiences. Experience overseeing daily hotel operations such as front desk activities—including multi-line phone systems—and night audit procedures. Ability to manage hospitality operations budgets effectively while maximizing revenue opportunities in a competitive market.
