Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Hotel General Manager to lead the operations of a high-performing limited-service hotel. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in hotel sales, revenue growth, guest satisfaction, and team development. Candidates with exposure to food & beverage operations will be highly valued. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving top-line revenue, and creating a culture of accountability and service excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead all day-to-day hotel operations for 2 properties, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and operational efficiency Drive revenue growth through proactive sales efforts, local business development, and community engagement Develop and execute sales strategies to increase occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR Manage hotel budgets, financial performance, forecasting, and P&L accountability Recruit, train, coach, and develop department leaders and team members Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures Oversee food & beverage operations, ensuring quality, profitability, and guest satisfaction Monitor guest feedback and implement continuous improvement initiatives Build relationships with local businesses, tourism organizations, and community partners Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and regulatory requirements Qualifications 3+ years of Hotel General Manager experience, preferred Dual-GM experience Strong hotel sales background with a proven track record of driving revenue growth Experience with limited-service, select-service, or focused-service hotel operations Exposure to food & beverage operations, including budgeting, service standards, and cost controls Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&Ls, labor costs, and forecasting Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills Experience with major hotel brands preferred Proficiency with hotel PMS systems and revenue management tools What We Offer Competitive base salary Performance-based bonus opportunity Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Career advancement opportunities with a growing hospitality organization
