Duties Supervise front desk staff to deliver outstanding guest services, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes. Manage reservations efficiently using hotel management systems within Choice Systems (Choice Advantage, Connect, Max, etc) and other property management software. Handle guest inquiries via phone communication with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills. Address guest concerns promptly, resolving issues through effective customer service problem-solving techniques to enhance guest satisfaction. Review night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reconciliation and reporting at the end of each shift. Enforce hotel emergency procedures to maintain safety and security for guests and staff at all times. Support guest relations by providing personalized service, assisting with special requests, and fostering positive client communication. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality, education, or operations, with familiarity in hotel experience preferred. Strong knowledge of hospitality reservation systems or similar property management systems (PMS). Priority on candidates who are bilingual or multilingual. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations, customer service problem-solving, and phone communication expertise. Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of professionalism and courtesy. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, night audit processes, and resort experience is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members across various channels including phone and face-to-face interactions.
