Job Summary A privately owned hospitality property in the coastal Orange County area is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and lead the property's team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on hospitality professional with strong leadership, operational, guest-service, and financial management skills. This role is responsible for maintaining high service standards, supporting and developing the team, managing operating performance, and ensuring a positive guest experience.

Qualifications:

5+ years of hospitality management experience, with at least 3 years as the General Manager. Strong leadership and team-building skills Experience with budgets, labor management, and financial performance Excellent guest-service and communication skills Highly organized, accountable, and comfortable in a hands-on environment Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed Competitive compensation and benefits.
