Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to lead our dynamic hospitality team in the Front Office department. In this role, you will oversee daily hotel operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of quality. Your leadership will drive team performance, streamline food and beverage service, and support the overall success of our dining establishment. Responsibilities Supervise daily Front Desk and other department operations, ensuring efficient service delivery across all shifts Lead, train, and motivate staff to uphold service standards, including team training and development initiatives Operate multiple systems for accurate cash handling and transaction processing Monitor shift performance, handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly, and resolve issues to maximize guest satisfaction Conduct staff interviews, assist in hiring decisions, and support onboarding processes for new team members Skills Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management Expertise in systems related to hotels Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising hospitality teams, managing shift operations, and training staff Strong understanding of inventory control, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and food cost management Excellent communication skills for managerial coordination, team leadership, and customer service excellence Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us as an Operations Supervisor where your passion for hospitality meets your talent for leadership!
